I’m Jennifer Stearns. I have a PhD in Biology from the University of Waterloo and 13 years of experience in academic research at McMaster University. As a freelance writer I provide expert support for medical and science communications and data analyses.

During my career I have published 34 peer reviewed articles and authored a range of works from regulatory documents to Microbiology for Dummies. My passion is science communication.
